Job description
We are looking for an attentive and responsible employee to work in a nursing home. Your task is to provide quality care for elderly people, helping them in their daily lives and creating a comfortable, safe environment. You will work in a team of professionals who share the value of dignity and well-being of each resident.
Day after day you will provide personal assistance, help with hygiene and mobility, maintain cleanliness and order in the premises, and interact with residents' families and medical staff. This is work that requires heart and patience, where every day you see the result of your efforts in the smile and gratitude of those you care for.

Requirements
We invite men with experience in elderly care or willingness to learn quickly. You must be physically fit, as the work involves physical activity and assistance with resident mobility. Empathy, patience, reliability, and the ability to work in a team are important.
The position is open to Israeli citizens, holders of B1 visas (unlimited and Care category), as well as persons with refugee status (Blue ID). It will be an excellent advantage to have experience in healthcare or social services, as well as proficiency in Russian and Hebrew to communicate with residents.
