Job description
You will work as a service consultant at an auto repair shop, helping customers understand their vehicles and offering necessary services. Your task is to greet visitors, understand their needs, explain repair and maintenance options, and process orders. You will be the link between the customer and the technical department, ensuring professional and friendly service.
Work takes place in a dynamic auto repair shop environment, where each day brings new tasks and interesting clients. You will be part of a team of specialists who value a responsible approach and willingness to help each visitor find the optimal solution for their vehicle.

Requirements
We are looking for a person with experience in customer service or the automotive industry. You must have good communication skills, be able to listen to customers and find solutions to their problems. Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and types of repairs is welcome, but we are ready to train motivated candidates.
The candidate must be responsible, punctual, and ready to work in a team. Israeli citizens, B1 status holders without restrictions, refugees, and blue refugee certificate holders are acceptable. You must have the right to work in Israel and be ready for full-time employment at one of our locations.
